Do sessions Come with An Engineer?

Yes. Your engineer is an experienced professional podcast producer. They will be with you every step of the way taking care of all of the production so you can focus on your podcast.




What are your hours?

9 am to 10pm - 7 days a week. We’re open most holidays. You can book sessions up to 24 hours in advance.



What Happens if we go over our time?

We make sure there is a 15 minute buffer before and after all podcasts to allow the engineer to change over the studio for each podcast. If you go over a little bit, it’s all good. Please be mindful of wrapping up on time so as not to run into the next podcaster’s session. If your session runs more than 15 minutes over, an additional charge will be added to your session.

What is your Rescheduling policy?

You can reschedule anytime you’d like using the “reschedule” link in your booking confirmation email. If you need to reschedule a session less than 48 hours in advance you’ll need to call or email us to reschedule, and we charge a $25 late reschedule fee

Can i have someone call in using Zoom, Skype Etc?

Yes. Especially during Covid a lot of guests will want to call in instead of coming into the studio. We can connect your guest using zoom, skype, or just a regular phone call. If your remote guest has a web cam we can get their video on the podcast as well.

How do I get my Files?

Your files are emailed to you within 72 hours with Google Drive links for you download. We’ll send your Mp3, Mp4 (if its a video session), and Wav files. You must download your files immediately because the Google links expire and we only store files on our ends for 2 weeks (for storage purposes).


What if we start late?

We try to be as lenient on time as possible. If you start late, we will try to get you your full hour of recording. However, if there is a podcast scheduled after you, we have to change over the room and stop recording on time to get ready for the next podcast. If you think you’re gonna start super late, let your engineer know ASAP, and it may be best to simply reschedule.


What is your cancellation policy?

You are always welcome to reschedule a cancelled session. See our rescheduling policy for more info there. In general, we do not offer refunds on cancellations, but you are always welcome to reschedule your cancelled session. We will consider a refund if your cancellation/refund request is done within 48 hours of the time of your initial booking.

How many people can be in the studio?

We have 5 mics available. We can accommodate up to 6 total guests in the studio right now to maintain safe social distance.

Do you Record 4k?

Yes. 4k is an option for your video session. If you’d like to record your session in 4k, please advise your engineer ahead of time and bring your own SD card or hard drive so we may directly transfer the large files to you.



Do I need to bring Anything?

Bring any notes or production elements that you would like to use during your recording. We take care of all the production top to bottom so you don’t have to worry about any of that. Your engineer will coordinate with you the day before the session to get any files needed for your show. Other than that you can bring a good attitude, and you’re all set!
